O tema do projeto é o autorretrato. Para sua realização foram usados três meios: a pintura, a fotografia e a internet, por meio de um blog. A fotografia é usada como base para pintura e também como resultado final. O blog funciona como caderno de artista e ferramenta para recepção dos autorretratos. Tem como questão problematizar e ampliar tanto a ideia de retrato como a de autorretrato, induzindo um entrelaçamento entre os seus significados. Estabeleço como recorte para esse tema a reflexão sobre os conceitos de identidade, de máscara, de proximidade, de distância, de ausência e o da memória.

The theme of the Project is the self-portrait. For their making three media were used: painting, photography and the Internet, through a blog. The photographs were used as a basis for painting and also as the final result. The blog was used as the artist´s notebook and as a tool for the colection of the self-portraits. The heart of the thesis is to question and expand both, the Idea of potrait and the self-portraits as a chain of connections between themselves.
