A bioeletricidade sucroenergética provinda do bagaço da cana-de-açúcar apresenta possibilidades futuras de ganhar protagonismo como fonte de energia nos anos vindouros, contribuindo com o desenvolvimento sustentável e sendo um pilar relevante da matriz energética do Brasil, a partir de suas vantagens e das medidas que possam estimular esta meta a ser atingida. Como objetivo geral tem-se a contribuição de um novo framework para refinamento do marco regulatório da bioeletricidade sucroenergética brasileira que facilite a governança de seus stakeholders e suas respectivas relações, além de outros objetivos específicos. Como método, este trabalho apresenta pesquisa exploratória e qualitativa, adotando, além das pesquisas teóricas e práticas, a realização de consultas com especialistas, combinadas com análise de documentos referentes a relatórios de sustentabilidade divulgados pelas empresas do setor. Nos relatórios observados de vinte e três companhias, aferiu-se que quatorze dão plena relevância para a energia a partir do bagaço, e, analisando os respondentes, pode-se atestar que a bioeletricidade sucroenergética contempla as dimensões social, econômica e ambiental. Apesar dos obstáculos, o trabalho trouxe as vantagens e ofereceu elementos que possam beneficiar a cogeração, dentre outras, redução ou isenção da Tarifa de Uso do Sistema de Distribuição para geração de energia a partir do bagaço; liberdade para integral venda no Mercado Livre de Energia, inclusive pequenos consumidores; simplificação contratual e solidificação da compensação financeira pela produção de energia limpa com menor redução de gases efeito estufa. O trabalho contribui teoricamente para o avanço dos arcabouços teóricos de economia de empresa e de competitividade para a aplicação prática em ambientes competitivos de sustentabilidade.

The sugar-energy bioelectricity departing from sugarcane biomass presents future possibilities of gaining prominence as an energy source in the years to come, contributing to sustainable development and being a relevant pillar of Brazil's energy matrix, based on its advantages and measures that can stimulate this goal to be achieved. The general objective is the contribution of a new framework for the refinement of the regulatory framework of Brazilian sugar-energy bioelectricity that facilitates the governance of its stakeholders and their respective relationships, in addition to other specific objectives. As a method, this paper presents exploratory and qualitative research, adopting, in addition to theoretical and practical research, the conduct of consultations with specialists, combined with an analysis of documents referring to sustainability reports published by companies in the sector. In the reports observed from twenty-three companies, it was observed that fourteen give full relevance to energy from bagasse, and, analyzing the respondents, it can be attested that the sugar-energy bioelectricity contemplates the social, economic and environmental dimensions. Despite the obstacles, the work brought advantages. It offered elements that could benefit the cogeneration, among others, reduction or exemption of the Tariff for The Use of the Distribution System for generation of energy from bagasse; freedom for total sale in the Free Energy Market, including small consumers; contractual simplification and solidification of financial compensation for the production of clean energy with less reduction of greenhouse gasses. The work theoretically contributes to advancing the theoretical frameworks of company economy and competitiveness for practical application in competitive sustainability environments.
