Esta dissertação propõe uma leitura barthesiana de O caderno rosa de Lori Lamby (1990) com a hipótese de que este pode ser lido enquanto um texto de gozo (noção barthesiana presente em O prazer do texto, de 1973), já que produz uma fenda, uma ruptura, uma transgressão em relação à ordem social. A proposta de leitura em questão dialoga com os pressupostos teóricos de Freud e Lacan (em relação ao conceito de gozo), além da fortuna crítica de Hilst (Rosenfeld, Muzart, Moraes, Pécora, Hansen, Fernandes, Visnadi, Silva, Cardoso, entre outros). Também são convocados alguns autores que se debruçaram sobre os conceitos de pornografia e erotismo (como Branco, Brandão, Bataille e Maingueneau). Enquanto um texto de gozo (segundo a proposta de leitura deste trabalho), o leitor, quando lê O caderno rosa de Lori Lamby (1990), é levado a um processo de desculturação, nomeado, nesta pesquisa, de ascese perversa, pois é convocado/invocado a se afastar das convenções e da regra, transgredindo os limites que a cultura, a sociedade e os moralismos lhe impõem para, então, elaborar significados àquilo que leu. A fim de discutir sobre a figura do leitor e sua função no processo de atribuição de sentidos ao texto literário, autores como Barthes, Perrone-Moisés, Culler, Jauss, Shattuck e outros são convidados ao debate. Esta dissertação, portanto, tem a intenção de explorar os ecos dos textos barthesianos nas obras literárias e em suas recepções, contribuindo com os estudos de Barthes e Hilst no Brasil, revisitando seus textos e suscitando novas (e plurais) leituras em torno dessas produções.

This dissertation proposes a Barthesian reading of Lori Lamby's Pink Notebook (1990) with the hypothesis that it can be read as a text of jouissance (a Barthesian notion present in The Pleasure of the Text, 1973) since it produces a gap, a rupture, a transgression in relation to the social order. This reading dialogues with the theoretical assumptions of Freud and Lacan (in relation to the concept of jouissance), in addition to the critical fortune of Hilst (Rosenfeld, Muzart, Moraes, Pécora, Hansen, Fernandes, Visnadi, Silva, Cardoso, among others). Some authors who have studied the concepts of pornography and eroticism (such as Branco, Brandão, Bataille and Maingueneau) are also invited. As a text of jouissance (according to the reading proposal of this work), when the reader reads Lori Lamby's Pink Notebook (1990), is led to a process of deculturation, named, in this research, perverse asceticism, because one is invoked to move away from conventions and the rule, transgressing the limits that culture, society and moralism impose on, so that the readee can elaborate meanings to what was read. In order to discuss the reader's figure and role in the attribution of meanings to the literary text, authors such as Barthes, Perrone-Moisés, Culler, Jauss, Shattuck and others are invited into the debate. This dissertation, therefore, intends to explore the echoes of Barthesian texts in literary works and in their receptions, contributing to the studies of Barthes and Hilst in Brazil, revisiting their texts and provoking new (and plural) readings around these productions.
