Abstract in English
This dissertation addresses specific aspects concerning the book New Portuguese Letters, published in 1972 by Maria Isabel Barreno, Maria Teresa Horta and Maria Velho da Costa. The sorority, the accomplice-writing and the shared authorship between the three Marias are important elements that will constitute the warp of this book, marking the decline of the dictatorship in Portugal. The analysis of New Portuguese Letters also aims to identify a community of authors summoned by the authors in their texts, and to verify the omnipresence of eroticism in their revolutionary language.
