Este trabalho visa apresentar a perspectiva esperada de um professor de matemática do século XXI que deseja se desenvolver de maneira competente de forma contínua sob o olhar da UNESCO, objetivando responder às seguintes perguntas: Como os saberes do professor de matemática se relacionam com os pilares educacionais da UNESCO? Como esses pilares podem ser desenvolvidos nos discentes na aula de matemática? Adotou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica relacionando o professor pesquisador, mentalidade de crescimento e o trabalho colaborativo entre professores com os pilares da educação da UNESCO. Ademais, foram propostas atividades de matemática que inspiram a colaboração dos alunos, e a revisão teórica de conceitos relacionados com essas atividades.

This work aims to present the expected perspective of a mathematics teacher of the 21st century who wishes to continuously develop himself competently under the eyes of UNESCO, aiming to answer the following questions: How does the knowledge of the mathematics teacher relate to the educational pillars from UNESCO? How can these pillars be developed in students in math class? A bibliographical research was adopted relating the researcher teacher, growth mindset and the collaborative work between teachers with the pillars of UNESCO education. Furthermore, mathematical activities that inspire student collaboration were proposed, as well as a theoretical review of concepts related to these activities.
