Esse trabalho se propõe a percorrer as principais obras de Foucault para compreender suas conceituações sobre o poder a fim de entender como se dá sua dinâmica em nossa sociedade. O objetivo é refletir sobre quais seriam as possíveis similaridades entre tantas relações de poder que incidem em nossas vidas e contra as quais diversos movimentos sociais se insurgem. Para isso, inicialmente será apresentada uma brevíssima contextualização biográfica e acadêmica sobre este filósofo a fim de compreender como ele chegou a se dedicar a este tema. Em seguida, serão apresentadas suas elaborações que precederam e o levaram ao estudo do poder: sua arqueologia do saber. A partir disso discorreremos sobre suas elaborações a respeito de como o poder normalizador sedimentou-se em nossa sociedade com o capitalismo e a ascensão da burguesia ao poder. Será discorrido sobre a disciplina, a microfísica do poder e a biopolítica, mostrando como elas compõem esse biopoder que busca gerir a vida das pessoas pela normalização, produzindo subjetividades politicamente dóceis e sujeitos economicamente úteis. Por fim, serão apresentadas reflexões sobre as lutas sociais e como podemos compreender a dinâmica poder-lutas, buscando encontrar possíveis aspectos gerais deste poder independente da forma ou dispositivo pelo qual se manifeste

This thesis objective is to go through Foucault's main works to understand his conceptualizations about power in order to understand how its dynamics takes place in our society, with the objective of reflecting upon which would be the possible similarities among so many power relations that affect our lives and against which different social movements rise. For this, initially, a very brief biographical and academic contextualization about this philosopher will be presented in order to understand how he came to dedicate himself to this theme. Then, his elaborations that preceded it and led him to the study of power will be presented: his archeology of knowledge. From this point on, his elaborations on how the normalization power was sedimented in our society with the capitalist system and the rise of the bourgeoisie to power will be discussed. The discipline, the microphysics of power and biopolitics will be discussed, showing how they make up this biopower that seeks to manage people's lives by producing politically docile subjectivities and economically useful subjects. Finally, reflections on social struggles and how we can understand the power-struggle dynamic will be presented, seeking to find possible general aspects of this power, regardless of the form or apparatus by which it manifests itself
