Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar acerca das repercussões psicossociais do processo de construção do Coletivo de Produtoras Elizabeth Teixeira nas relações estabelecidas pelas trabalhadoras. Tendo como foco a experiência das produtoras rurais de um pré-assentamento do Movimento Dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra, o MST, a proposta se baseia em contar a história do Coletivo de Produtoras Elizabeth Teixeira, a partir das narrativas das histórias de vida e de trabalho das 8 produtoras que compõem essa iniciativa. O percurso metodológico desta pesquisa articula as discussões da Psicologia Social e do Trabalho com as questões de classe, raça, gênero e saúde. Foram realizadas entrevistas semi estruturadas em que foi possível explorar elementos sobre o trabalho realizado, a entrada no MST e entrada no Coletivo de Produtoras Elizabeth Teixeira, assim como sobre o trabalho baseado na autogestão, o estabelecimento das relações de trabalho e convivência dentro desse grupo. Buscou-se compreender acerca do estabelecimento das relações de trabalho e de convivência das produtoras, assim como investigar quais os desafios e as contradições que estão presentes nas relações de trabalho autogeridas do Coletivo. É por meio da obra de Paul Singer sobre Economia Solidária que as discussões partem, possibilitando ainda que se acrescente duas discussões importantes a esse debate sobre outra forma de se fazer economia: a questão de classe, raça e gênero, e de saúde; bem como, tendo a segunda questão tendo surgido da necessidade de inclusão dessas temáticas a partir da vivência do cotidiano de trabalho do Coletivo. Com as entrevistas realizadas e as narrativas contadas, quatro eixos de discussão se destacaram: acerca da precarização do trabalho e do trabalho infantil e adolescente desprotegido, relacionando essas questões com as discussões de raça, classe e gênero; a importância apresentada sobre a relação com a terra, o plantio e a trabalhadora do campo e como essa relação foi se colocando como fundamental para a compreensão de todo o processo de trabalho; o debate sobre a autogestão, a ausência de chefe e patrão, em que se discute na prática sobre suas belezas e contradições, e como lidar com essa nova forma de organização do trabalho; e sobre a potência da convivência e da solidariedade, que dá o contorno geral para toda essa experiência, colocando em lugar de destaque a importância da coletividade para elaboração de suas dores, podendo em fim apropriarem-se de suas próprias histórias.

This research aims to investigate the psychosocial repercussions of the construction of Producers Elizabeth Teixeira Collective in the relationships established by the workers. Focusing on the experience of female rural producers in a pre-settlement of the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra, the MST, the proposal is based on telling the story of the Producers Elizabeth Teixeira Collective, based on the narratives of the life and work stories of the 8 production companies that make up this initiative. The methodological course of this research articulates the discussions of Social and Work Psychology with the questions of class, race, gender and health production. Semi- structured interviews were carried out in which it was possible to explore elements about the work carried out, joining the MST and joining the Producers Elizabeth Teixeira Collective as well as work based on self-management, the establishment of work relationships and coexistence within this group. We sought to understand the Collective and the establishment of work relationships and their coexistence, as well as investigate what challenges and contradictions are present in work relationships. self- managed by the Collective. It is through Paul Singer's work on Solidarity Economy that the discussions start, making it possible to add two important discussions to this debate about another way of doing economics: the question of class, race and gender, and the production of health; as well, with the second question having arisen from the need to include these themes from the experience of the Collective's daily work. With the interviews carried out and the narratives told, four axes of discussion stood out: about the precariousness of work and unprotected child and adolescent labor, relating these issues to discussions of race, class and gender; the importance presented on the relationship with the land, the plantation and the field worker and how this relationship was becoming fundamental for the understanding of the entire work process; the debate on self- management, the absence of bosses, in which its beauties and contradictions are discussed in practice, and how to deal with this new form of work organization; and about the power of coexistence and solidarity, which gives the general contour to this whole experience, highlighting the importance of the community to work out their pain, finally being able to appropriate their own stories.
