Essa pesquisa tem como objetivo discutir o conceito de cultura solidária presente no campo mais amplo da economia solidária. Para isso, foi feito um trabalho de revisão bibliográfica do termo, seguido de um estudo de caso em profundidade que envolveu a realização de observações em campo e entrevistas com quatro cooperados, principalmente embasado na Psicologia Social crítica. Parte-se do entendimento de que a economia solidária circunscreve um campo vasto de iniciativas que prezam pela construção de outra economia, baseada em solidariedade, democracia no trabalho e autogestão. O conceito central dessa dissertação, o de cultura solidária, é intimamente ligado com o de economia solidária e diz da tessitura de um outro viver cultural de base solidária e cooperativa, opondo-se a uma cultura hegemônica pautada em competição. Levando em conta a compreensão de mazelas que a economia capitalista gera aos trabalhadores, essa pesquisa estudou aspectos da cultura solidária em uma cooperativa popular de comercialização. O trabalho mostrou um campo complexo e dotado de potências e desafios. A construção de um empreendimento solidário é marcada por complexidades aos trabalhadores e atravessado por precariedades econômicas, e a construção de conhecimentos técnicos e organizacionais não-capitalistas gera desafios também à convivência cotidiana. Apesar disso, apresenta-se como um espaço de grande potencial e mudança. Maior participação política, compreensão e defesa de interesses individuais e coletivos como trabalhadores, alto sentido do trabalho feito, maior espaço para criatividade, construção de relações mais horizontais e um viver mais igualitário de fenômenos culturais, são todos ganhos observados. A vivência se mostra ambígua, com a combinação de desafios duros e ganhos significativos mas com a potência de transformação social mais ampla a partir da construção dessa outra economia e cultura trazendo grande sentido ao trabalho e maior posicionamento do trabalhador como sujeito da própria vida e implicado na coletividade.

This researchs objective is to discuss the concept of culture of solidarity that is present in the wider field of social economics. With this goal, we made extensive bibliographic research on the concept, followed by an in-depth case study that made use of field observations and interviews with workers from a cooperative. The methods of this research were based on critical Social Psychology. Social economics relate to a wide array of initiatives that value the construction of another economy, based on solidarity, democracy on the workplace and self-management. The central concept of this thesis, of a culture of solidarity, is closely related to social economics, and speaks of the building of another way of living culturally, that is based of solidarity and cooperation, opposing the hegemonic culture based on competition. Understanding the ills of capitalist economics to the worker, this research studied aspects of a culture of solidarity by doing an in-depth case study of a marketing cooperative with popular roots. The work done showed a complex field of study with challenges and benefits. The making of a social enterprise is marked by complexities for the workers and economic precariousness and is faced with challenges in creating non-capitalistic ways of technical know-how and organization, all of which make the work experience challenging. Despite this, social enterprises show potential and create large changes. Great political participation, the knowing and defense of collective and ones own interests, a high degree of meaning of the work done, a greater margin for creativity, the making of more horizontal relationships and cultural living are all gains observed. This makes the experience of the worker ambiguous, with tough challenges and significant gains being intertwined. Despite this, the potential for social transformation in a larger scale and the promotion of another economy and culture brings great meaning to the work done and encourages the worker in being more active in his own life and implicated in collectiveness.
