Este trabalho apresenta uma investigação realizada no Centro Integrado de Educação de Jovens e Adultos (CIEJA) Campo Limpo, pertencente à rede municipal de educação da cidade de São Paulo e localizado no bairro Capão Redondo, Zona Sul de São Paulo. Na perspectiva da história oral, a coleta de depoimentos orais foi feita para acessar a versão de mundo e dos acontecimentos da história de pessoas comuns, com o intuito de conhecer a experiência e a memória de grupos à margem da história oficial. Nesse sentido, a dissertação adota uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, numa perspectiva fenomenológica existencial. Os objetivos são compreender o sentido de educação para frequentadores e alunos do CIEJA Campo Limpo e conhecer, a partir de uma atitude fenomenológica existencial, como se configura a experiência de frequentadores do CIEJA. Dois tipos de coleta de dados foram utilizados: entrevistas, para recolher as narrativas sobre as experiências dos interlocutores alunos, frequentadores e uma profissional , escolhidos via amostra intencional, e uma cartografia clínica institucional registrada em diários de bordo. Para a compreensão do sentido dos resultados, tomou-se como referência a Analítica do Sentido, de Dulce Critelli. Com a ideia de centralizar as experiências em questão, fez-se uma interlocução com os autores Jorge Larrosa, Paulo Freire e Walter Benjamin

This research shows a investigation realized on the Campo Limpo Integrated Centre for Adult and Youth Education (CIEJA Campo Limpo), which belongs to the municipal education network of São Paulo city, located on the Capão Redondo district, southern region of the city. From the perspective on oral history, the collection of oral testimonies was made to access the common peoples world version and historical events to know the experience and the memory of the groups that have been on the sidelines of the official history. In this regard, this dissertation adopts the qualitative research method, from the existential-phenomenological perspective. The objective was: to understand the education sense for the users and students of the CIEJA Campo Limpo; and to know the experience of the CIEJAs users, from an existential-phenomenological attitude. Two types of data collection were used: interviews to know the narratives on the interlocutors experience (students, users and a professional), selected via purposive sample; and institutional clinic cartography, recorded on logbooks. To understand the meaning of the results, the Dulce Critellis Analytic Sense was used as a reference. To gather those experiences, a dialogue was made between the following authors: Jorge Larrosa, Paulo Freire and Walter Benjamin
