Abstract in English
This work considers the problem of determining partial eigensolution of linearized symmetric eigenvalue equations arising from the finite element analysis of structural vibration problems. After an introduction to the basic formulation and origins of Lanczos Method to solve very large symmetric eigenvalue problems, some alternatives for logic are discussed. A Lanczos algorithm is proposed and implemented into the general purpose finite element program MSAP.
