Abstract in English
The present work relates the development of a tactile sensor to be used in robots for shape detection. This development was initially based in the comparison of several tactile systems presently found in nature. Results obtained were analysed and led to the adoption of a system based on the scopula piles found in spider legs. An optical system was chosen as transducer and base for future developments. The final evaluation of the sensor was made based on quality of the performance of the sensor.
