No presente trabalho foi estudado a solução analítica do processo de dobramento de chapas metálicas, formulando o problema de dobramento entre rolos. Na formulação do problema é mostrado que o momento de dobramento, as tensões internas, a distribuição das tensões residuais e a recuperação elástica podem ser expressos em função de parâmetros geométricos (raio de dobramento e espessura) e propriedades do material (módulo de elasticidade, coeficiente de Pisson, coeficiente de resistência, expoente de encruamento). Na solução numérica do modelo de dobramento entre rolos para o cálculo do raio e do torque no rolo central de dobramento foi utilizado o Método de Dicotomia. Através da comparação dos resultados teóricos entre duas teorias e a comparação entre resultados teóricos e experimentais avaliou-se a acuidade do modelo teórico.

The present work has studied analytical solution of bending processo f sheet metals, formulating the problem of three-roll bending. In the problem formulation, it has been shown that bending moment, distribution of residual stresses and springback can be expresses as a function of geometric parameters (radius of bend and thickness) and material properties (Young modulus, Poissons ratio, resistance coeficiente, work-hardening index). In the numerical solution of three-roll bending model, the Dichotomys Method has been used for the calculation of radius and torque in the central bending roll. The accuracy of the theoretical model has beeen evaluated through the comparison of two theoretical results and the comparison of theoretical and experimental results.
