Abstract in English
This research directs its analysis to long-term artistic projects, circumscribed in specific territorial contexts and modulated from instances of interaction with the surrounding communities. By going through the trajectory of different collectives and artists initiatives, this thesis sought to discuss implications and developments of the creative exercise that has been incorporating the participation of different social actors, unrelated to the artistic art scene, in stages of ideation, conceptualization and execution of its propositions, as well as as its local repercussions. However, by replacing, to a large extent, the logic of the objectivity of the artistic work with prolonged and formally imprecise processes, projects like these bring challenges to those who seek to research them, debate them, exhibit them or who try to map their specific effects, and recognize how they has been assimilated in the localities where they rise. In this sense, this study also sought to discuss research procedures capable of assimilating the structural complexity that characterizes the projects under debate, and argues that, in order to better apprehend their procedural, multiple, open and inconclusive nature, dialogical critical perspectives are required to understand them as such.
