Escolas de Arquitetura e Urbanismo caracterizam um tipo de edifício com programa de necessidades específico por conta das estratégias pedagógicas adotadas. O processo de aprendizagem em ambientes de educação está diretamente ligado à Qualidade Ambiental Interna (QAI) do espaço construído, e, no caso das escolas de Arquitetura e Urbanismo esses espaços construídos também se tornam um dos primeiros contatos dos estudantes com o tema da arquitetura, influenciando-os em toda a sua trajetória profissional. É possível ainda afirmar que a percepção de usuários das escolas foi alterada conforme as novas condutas de convivência após a pandemia do vírus COVID-19. Essa pesquisa buscou avaliar a percepção do usuário quanto à QAI em Escolas de Arquitetura e Urbanismo. Foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico e documental de dois edifícios sede de Escolas de Arquitetura e Urbanismo situados na cidade de São Paulo. Foram adotados instrumentos de APO de análise walkthrough e a aplicação de questionários a respeito da percepção da QAI em ambientes de ensino-aprendizagem dos estudos de caso, das condições durante o isolamento social e das expectativas de retomada pós-pandemia. Os resultados permitiram identificar os aspectos ambientais considerados como positivos e negativos dos edifícios das escolas analisadas sob o ponto de vista dos usuários e da pesquisadora, sendo possível traçar recomendações para adaptações futuras. Mesmo que os usuários tenham indicado que estavam adaptados à realização de tarefas por meio remoto durante o período de isolamento social, a retomada presencial aos edifícios era esperada, demonstrando a importância da ocupação no caso de edificações que abrigam escolas de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, cujo aprendizado depende muito da vivência nestes espaços.

Schools of Architecture and Urbanism characterize a type of building with a specific needs program due to the pedagogical strategies adopted. The learning process in educational environments is directly linked to the Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) of the built space, and, in the case of Architecture and Urbanism schools, these built spaces also become one of the first contacts of students with the theme of architecture, influencing them throughout their professional lives. It is also possible to state that the perception of school users has changed according to the new coexistence behaviors after the COVID-19 virus pandemic. This research sought to evaluate the user's perception of the IEQ in schools of Architecture and Urbanism. A bibliographical and documental survey was carried out of two headquarters buildings of schools of Architecture and Urbanism located in the city of São Paulo. Post-Occupancy Assessment (POE) instruments were adopted for walkthrough analysis and through the application of questionnaires regarding the perception of IAQ in teaching-learning environments of case studies, conditions during social isolation and expectations of post-occupation resumption. The results made it possible to identify the environmental aspects considered as positive and negative of the buildings of the schools analyzed from the point of view of the users and the researcher, making it possible to outline recommendations for future adaptations. Even though users indicated that they were adapted to performing tasks remotely during the period of social isolation, the return to the buildings in person was expected, demonstrating the importance of the role of Architecture and Urbanism schools as an intermediary of social relationships and learning.
