Abstract in English
This work analyses a number of propositions that make possible the collective construction of low-cost housing. The starting point is the criticism of the traditional designing process, which is usually led by superficial analysis of the intervention and its context and which is highly centralized on the figure of the architect. By re-assessing basic concepts and reflecting upon practical experiences, I intend to demonstrate that the inclusion of future residents into the designing process as active participants has as a result, a significant gain in quality of the produced architecture and urban environment.
