Este estudo analisou o modelo de gestão da Incubadora Internacional de Empresas da Universidade Estadual de Londrina - INTUEL. Foram descritas as etapas do processo de implantação, identificados os atores internos e externos que participaram do processo e os seus objetivos ao apoiar o empreendimento. O modelo de gestão foi descrito e analisado a partir do planejamento estratégico, das características da estrutura administrativa, dos processos organizacionais e da importância do gerente. Foram identificados os pontos fortes e as deficiências do modelo de gestão e analisadas as contribuições da INTUEL no gerenciamento das empresas incubadas e graduadas pela incubadora. A metodologia utilizada foi um estudo de caso, com entrevistas semi-estruturadas e análise de fontes secundárias.

This study analyzed the management model of the International Business Incubator of the State University of Londrina - INTUEL. The stages of the implementation process were described, the internal and external players who took part in the process were identified, as well as their objectives in supporting the enterprise. The management model was described and analyzed based on strategic planning, the characteristics of the administrative structure, the organizational processes and the importance of the manager. The strengths and shortcomings of the management model were identified and INTUEL's contributions to the management of companies incubated and graduated by the incubator were analyzed. The methodology used was a case study, with semi-structured interviews and analysis of secondary sources.
