Esta pesquisa se insere no contexto da necessidade de se medir o nível de governança dos dados geoespaciais por instituições de atendimento de emergência, em caso de desastres naturais (deslizamentos e enchentes). O objetivo foi elaborar um questionário de quantificação para medir diferentes níveis de governança de dados geoespaciais e IDEs, e testá-lo com pessoas físicas, verificando se o uso de tal tecnologia aumenta a sustentabilidade. O teste da proposta metodológica foi realizado com quatro indivíduos de diferentes níveis de conhecimentos sobre o assunto. Constatou-se que o questionário é sensível e consegue distinguir indivíduos com diferentes níveis de conhecimento neste tema. Esta constatação abre possibilidade de se aplicar a referida proposta metodológica em instituições para uma possível validação, algo que não foi objetivo deste trabalho. Com o teste da proposta metodológica vislumbra-se a possibilidade de que a sustentabilidade aumente com o uso da tecnologia de IDE pelas instituições de atendimento de emergência. A convergência do tema desta pesquisa com a sustentabilidade está relacionada aos ODS da ONU e ao Marco Sendai.

This research intends to address the needs to assess the level of governance of geospatial data by emergency response institutions in the event of natural disasters related to floods and landslides. The objective was to elaborate a quantification questionnaire to measure different levels of governance of geospatial data and SDIs and test it with individuals, verifying whether the use of such technology increases sustainability. The test was carried out with four individuals who had different levels of knowledge on the subject matter, and showed that it is sensitive and able to distinguish these variables. This finding opens up the possibility of applying the referred methodological proposal in institutions for a possible validation, something that was not the objective of this work. It also suggests that it may increase sustainability with the use of technology by emergency response institutions. The convergence of the theme of this research with sustainability is related to the UN SDGs and Marco Sendai.
