The objective of this experiment was to verify the influence of different inclusion levels in the rations of broilers of vitamin E (Vit E) (0, 12 and 120mg/kg) and of the zinc (Zn) (0, 40 and 400mg/kg), isolated and associated, on humoral immune response of the birds and her influence on the performance and carcass yield. The used experimental design was it of blocks at random in factorial outline 3 x 3, with 9 treatments and 4 repetitions. For so much, it was used 1440 chicks of a day of age, half of each sex, distributed in 36 experimental portions with 40 birds each. The chickens were created from 1 to 42 days of age, vaccinated against the disease of Newcastle, stump LaSota, in the 14th day of life and they were slaughtered to the 43 days of age. The humoral immune response of the chickens was evaluated by the tests ELISA and HI in the period pre vaccinal to the 14 days of age, and post vaccinal to the 28, 35 and 41 days of age of the birds. The performance data and carcass yield were submitted to the variance analysis accomplished by PROC GLM of the SAS. The referring data to the humoral immune response were analyzed through PROC MIXED of the SAS. The increase of the supplementation of zinc in the diet of the broilers resulted in significant improvement (p<0,05) in the earnings of daily weight of the birds in the total period of creation, and in the medium earnings of alive weight of the chickens in the phases initial and of growth and in the total period of creation. The ration consumption for the chickens was influenced by the levels of zinc used in all of the phases and in the total period of creation of the chickens, being observed a decrease of the alimentary ingestion in the chickens that received 400mg/kg of Zn, except in the final phase of creation. The used treatments didn't influence the alimentary conversion, the mortality and the parameters of the carcass yield. The interaction among the largest levels among the Zn and of the Vit E in the ration provided the largest titles of antibodies by the use of the test ELISA, regarding the 14th, 28th, 35th and 41st days of age of the chickens. The increase of the levels of the Zn and of the Vit E isolated in the ration promoted larger titles of antibodies hemagglutinants, through the HI test, regarding the 14th, 28th and 35th days of age of the chickens. In the 41st day of age of the birds, the interaction among the largest Zn levels and of Vit E, it provided the largest titles of antibodies.
