Abstract in English
This thesis aims to demonstrate that the actions of occupational and rehabilitation therapy with people with diabilities can be developed in the context of primary health care. It understands the disabled body shifting it from the Cartesian perspective of the body as a machine to na understanding of the body as a singularity, it also provides input to reflections on daily constructions of imaginative ideas on disability as an intrinsically negative thing. It contributes to reflections on the occupational therapy teaching in theoretical disciplines and on internship programs set on giving attention to the disabled person. In addition, it discusses the occupational therapy contribution to the primary health care in order do ensure access, completeness and equity on the attention to disabled people on that level of assistance. Finally, it proposes a rehabilitation action and an Occupational Therapy such as in Therapy of the Passions inspired by Espinosa's ideas
