Abstract in English
Modernity requires behavior of behavioral use that involves multiple social contexts, called transferable skills. Integrated to this fact, in health courses, an essential factor is the learning of bioethics, a perspective that critically analyzes problem situations and socio-scientific themes through an interdisciplinary view. This knowledge is related to that recommended by the BNCC (National Common Curricular Base) in the area of Natural Sciences and its Technologies. The objective is to apply a didactic sequence of the discipline Ethics and Legislation of a technical course in the health area with the intention of assisting in the development of transferable skill Ethics through Competence Based Education (EBC) and facilitate the teaching of bioethics. Two classes were selected: Class A (morning), with 17 students and Class B (night), with 32 students, in a technical radiology course at a specific institution located in the interior of the State of São Paulo. The class following the regular teaching plan already known by the institution and class B experienced the didactic sequence carried out in 10 classes. The design is classified as a experimental research and a case study, being approved by the Ethics and Research Committee (CEP). The results showed how much class A and class B had the development of transferable skills, the same experience and different teaching strategies. In class B, it was indicated that the didactic sequence facilitated the teaching of bioethics and that Competence-Based Education helped in the development of transferable skills, especially in Ethics competence. Concluded, if the development of skills can occur in the experience and application of different techniques and teaching methods.
