A transdisciplinaridade norteia esta pesquisa, que aborda diferentes modalidades de intervenções urbanas e suas reverberações no contexto social e histórico, pela ótica da comunicação da transgressão, do conflito e do reconhecimento. Os referenciais teóricos são extraídos principalmente das ciências sociais, da filosofia e da linguística, mas também priorizam campos de conhecimento e de produção que mobilizam, atualmente, as questões sociais mais emergentes, como as artes visuais, a cultura popular e as políticas identitárias. Objetiva interpretar as intervenções urbanas como experiências estéticas no cotidiano urbano contemporâneo. Experiências singulares encontradas no interior das cidades em eventos, espetáculos e formas de vida que dão formato aos conflitos sociais e que promovem um contraposicionamento às condições naturalizadas. Busca-se, então, entender o que acontece no ato ou fato estético. Tais intervenções alteram as relações e posições do indivíduo em relação à sociedade, à comunidade e à sua própria subjetividade. Algumas intervenções ocorridas na cidade de São Paulo, desde os anos de 1990 até os dias atuais, em diferentes modalidades, conduzirão a nossa abordagem sobre as relações entre estética e política. As intervenções aqui apresentadas apontaram e indicaram os referenciais teóricos mais adequados para a explicitação de seu sentido. Para elucidar as questões estritamente relacionadas à estética, privilegiamos o apoio nos referenciais teóricos centrados na nova modalidade de embaralhamento entre arte e vida dos anos 1990 para cá, que reativa as questões de autonomia e heteronomia da arte. No caso do pensamento francês, com o estudo de Nicolas Bourriaud, em sua proposição da Estética Relacional, e de Jacques Rancière, com a sua obra A Partilha do Sensível, e os textos de Foucault, dos anos 1969 e 1970, principalmente Corpo Utópico: as heterotopias. Em outra camada, os conflitos sociais são analisados a partir das perspectivas de emancipação e reconhecimento, com vínculos nos regimes comunicacionais na esfera pública, principalmente com o apoio de autores como Jurgen Habermas, Axel Honneth e Vladimir Safatle. As questões de ordem conceitual, linguística e social são abordadas a partir de uma perspectiva crítica das ações que se desenvolvem como intervenções urbanas. Nesse contexto, a proposição de uma intervenção artística não é relevante para o pensamento da forma artística convencional, porque o conteúdo estético se emancipa da iniciativa, vontade ou intenção de um artista. Entretanto, também não está subsumido às intenções que decorrem de uma necessidade qualitativa, ou seja, de qual é o grau de arte ou qual instituição irá promovê-la

Transdisciplinarity guides this research, which addresses different modalities of urban interventions and their reverberations in the social and historical context, from the perspective of communication of transgression, conflict and recognition. Theoretical references are drawn mainly from the social sciences, philosophy and linguistics, but also prioritize fields of knowledge and production that currently mobilize the most emerging social issues such as visual arts, popular culture and identity politics. It aims to interpret urban interventions as aesthetic experiences in contemporary urban life. Unique experiences found inside cities in the form of events, shows and ways of living that shape social conflicts and promote a counter-position to naturalized conditions. It is sought, then, to understand what happens in the aesthetic act or fact. Such interventions alter the individual's relationships and positions in relation to society, the community and their own subjectivity. Some interventions that took place in the city of São Paulo, from the 1990s to the present day, in different modalities, will guide our approach to the relationship between aesthetics and politics. The interventions presented here pointed and indicated the most adequate theoretical references to explain their meaning. In order to elucidate issues strictly related to Aesthetics, we favored the support of theoretical references centered on the new modality of shuffling between art and life from the 1990s onwards, which reactivates the questions of autonomy and heteronomy of art. In the case of French thought, with the study of Nicolas Bourriaud in his proposition of Relational Aesthetics and Jacques Rancière, with his book The Distribution o f the Sensible: Politics and Aesthetics, and Foucault's texts, from the 1969 and 1970's, mainly Utopian Body: the heterotopias. In another layer, social conflicts will be analyzed from the perspectives of emancipation and recognition, with links in communication regimes in the public sphere, mainly with the support of the authors Jurgen Habermas, Axel Honneth and Vladimir Safatle. Conceptual, linguistic and social issues are approached from the perspective of actions that are developed as urban interventions. In this context, the proposition of an artistic intervention is not relevant to the thinking of the conventional artistic form, because the aesthetic content is emancipated from the initiative, will or intention of an artist. However, it is not also subsumed by the intentions that derive from a qualitative need,which means, what the degree of art is or which institution to promote
