Abstract in English
The technological innovation ecosystem of IPEN/CNEN-SP was mapped. Purpose and Importance: the innovation management practices has become increasingly important to satisfy the requirements of transformation between past, present and future. Methodology: into a multifaceted research, the cutouts guided determinants to leverage the success of innovation with greater potential in technological commercialization routes. Cutouts on the quality of innovation indicators, field research fragments, compilation of management systems and edition of innovation awards were integrated. Inputs and outputs of the innovation ecosystem were classified for triple-helix DEA joint analysis. Results: an intrinsic codependency relationship of the study variables was revealed. The proposed characterization of inputs and outputs presented a higher correlation index of R=96% than a temporal simplification of R=91%. The servants' perspective was critical, albeit a positive in associating was related with brand and innovation. Triple-helix DEA analysis heralded dominant and far-reaching expression with the industry. However, the group of research centers that are predominantly related to the government interface had significantly higher efficiency. Originality: promotes information to identify uncertainties and reduce risks inherent in innovation management.
