Abstract in English
This work presents the development of several Nd:YLF resonators emitting at a wavelength of 1053 nm. Simple and compacted resonators were initially built and, using a pump diode equipped with VBG, reached record optical and slope efficiencies values, with the traditional pump at 800 nm. The following cavities aimed to improve the beam quality value. Direct pumping of the Nd:YY crystal was shown, with the wavelength 863 nm, in a plane-plane symmetrical resonator with intracavity cylindrical lenses. In this, the laser operation produced great values in terms of slope efficiency, for neodymium lasers pumped by diodes, while maintaining a monomode operation during QCW regime. Finally, passive Q-switching configurations were presented, with the Cr:YAG crystal, which reached high energies per pulse and the highest peak power value for a Nd:YLF crystal passively Q-switched by a Cr:YAG crystal.
