Este trabalho apresenta o desenvolvimento de um simulador computacional para o Reator Nuclear de Pesquisa IPEN/MB-01. O Simulador foi desenvolvido em plataforma SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), onde foram desenvolvidos modelos matemáticos e a configuração de interfaces gráficas em ambiente Windows. Será utilizada uma modelagem simplificada dos principais fenômenos físicos relacionados com a operação do reator e os sistemas de controle de reatividade, resfriamento e proteção do reator. O Simulador permite uma IHM (Interação Homem-Máquina) através de manipulação de variáveis dos sistemas e monitoramento de tendências das grandezas durante a operação do reator, mostrando-se uma ferramenta interativa para ensino, treinamento e reciclagem para profissionais no Reator Nuclear IPEN/MB-01, permitindo simulações das operações de partida, manobra de potência e parada.

This work presents the development of a computer simulator for the IPEN / MB-01 Nuclear Research Reactor. The Simulator will be developed on a SCADA platform (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), where mathematical models and the configuration of graphical interfaces in Windows environment will be developed. A simplified modeling of the main physical phenomena related to the operation of the reactor and the reactivity control systems, cooling and reactor protection will be used. The Simulator allows an HMI (Human-Machine Interaction) by manipulating system variables and monitoring trends in quantities during the operation of the reactor, showing an interactive tool for teaching, training and recycling for professionals in the IPEN/MB-01 Nuclear Reactor, allowing simulations of the start, power and stop operations.
