Devido a evolução tecnológica as mudanças na manutenção industrial tem recebido um impacto muito grande com as tomadas de decisões durante as intervenções, pois estamos entrando na indústria 4.0. Cada vez mais existe um interesse muito grande das empresas em analisar os dados dos equipamentos para identificar o que chamamos de ponto preditivo, ou seja, o momento certo de parada do equipamento para realizar as atividades de manutenção garantindo a confiabilidade do sistema. O trabalho apresenta a análise dos dados de manutenção corretiva (mecânica) e preditiva (Vibrações mecânicas) dos conjuntos motobomba coletados em 8 anos de trabalho indicando os pontos críticos, consumo de energia e indicadores de classe mundial utilizados nas indústrias que buscam a excelência na manutenção industrial.

Due to technological developments, changes in industrial maintenance have received a very large impact with decision making during interventions, as we are entering Industry 4.0. Increasingly, there is a great interest by companies in analyzing equipment data to identify what we call a predictive point, that is, the right time to stop the equipment to perform maintenance activities, ensuring system reliability. The work presents the analysis of the corrective (mechanical) and predictive (mechanical vibration) maintenance data of the pump sets collected in 8 years of work, indicating the critical points, energy consumption and world-class indicators used in the industries that seek excellence in maintenance. industrial.
