Esta dissertação apresenta um estudo comparativo entre o perfil de rendimentos, gastos e da dívida de famílias brasileiras e colombianas e sua evolução recente no período de 2008 a 2018. Para isso, apresenta a importância do Consumo em relação ao Produto Interno Bruto dos países, indica as principais Carteiras de Crédito dessas famílias, a composição dos gastos e rendimentos no orçamento familiar. De forma complementar a esta análise, o estudo preliminar apresenta uma relativização com outros países da América e Europa considerando o efeito da taxa real de juros e o crédito doméstico ao setor privado, dedicando atenção ao empréstimo consignado e à ampliação da bancarização em regiões e populações até então desassistidas

This dissertation presents a comparative study between the income, spending and debt about Brazilian and Colombian families and their recent evolution in the period from 2008 to 2018. For this, it presents the importance of Consumption in relation to the Gross Domestic Product of the countries, indicates the main household Credit Portfolios, the composition of expenses and income in the family budget. As a complement to this analysis, the preliminary study presents a relativization with other American and European countries, considering the effect of the real interest rate and domestic credit to the private sector, paying attention to payroll loans and the services banking expanses in regions and populations hitherto unassisted
