Trabalhar a relação do alimento não apenas no sentido de nutrir o organismo, mas, também nutrir o espírito num tempo em que o problema da fome é uma questão mundial, abre caminhos para se pensar o Ser Humano na sua relação com o alimento, abrangendo a materialidade e espiritualidade, buscando trazer o respeito à Vida em mais de uma dimensão. Neste sentido, é importante a abertura para o diálogo com os conhecimentos de diferentes culturas e suas crenças, possibilitando pensar a fome na sua relação entre corpo e espírito. Imbuídos deste pensamento e convicção, trazemos de maneira modesta a contribuição desta pesquisa, para se pensar o alimento preparado mediunicamente. Destarte, nosso objetivo é trazer por meio de trabalho etnográfico, nos utilizando da metodologia da descrição densa de Clifford Geertz (2008), algumas descrições sobre preparo de alimentos para o desenvolvimento mediúnico na Cultura Ganza. As abordagens foram feitas à partir dos próprios sujeitos pertencentes a esta cultura, formada há aproximadamente quatro mil anos e que continua viva no seu modo de ser, crer e viver. Ganza seu líder, pela primeira autorizou as escritas desta cultura de tradição oral. À vista disto, estamos trazendo alguns conhecimentos dentro do tema proposto para que tenhamos uma noção do preparo de alimentos e sua importância para o desenvolvimento das mediunidades de incorporação, transporte e clarividência. Desenvolvemos a pesquisa à partir de entrevistas, pesquisa participante e imagens coletadas no Terreiro Senzala em Maringá Paraná. Trouxemos à luz para este trabalho Amadou Hampâté Bâ e Joseph Ki-Zerbo, entre outros autores também de grande importância, como Mircea Elide, Marcel Mauss e Luís da Câmara Cascudo, para abordarmos interdisciplinarmente esta temática, de vertente antropológica e de raiz africana. Os alimentos preparados seguiram os objetivos e a necessidade do desenvolvimento mediúnico nas diginas das divindades que participaram dos preparos. Servindo também para a saúde espiritual e física. A escolha do alimento e como preparar mediunicamente, segue princípios da cultura desde sua formação no local das tumbas, mesmo com adaptações e algumas mudanças recentes dentro da cultura. A importância das divindades durante os preparos traz o retorno à ancestralidade e respeito com a natureza, interligando os planos material e espiritual. Preparar o alimento trabalhando as mediunidades corrobora para que o médium se prepare para viver a cultura para si e adaptando-se ao meio social.

Working on the relationship of food not only in order to nourish the organism, but also to nourish the spirit at a time when the problem of hunger is a worldwide issue, opens ways to think about the Human Being in his relationship with food, covering the materiality and spirituality, seeking to bring respect to Life in more than one dimension. In this sense, it is important to be opened to the dialogue with the knowledge of different cultures and their beliefs, making it possible to think about hunger in its relationship between body and spirit. Imbued with this thought and conviction, we bring in a modest way the contribution of this research, to think about the food prepared mediumistic. Thus, our goal is to bring through ethnographic work, using the methodology of the dense description of Clifford Geertz (2008), some descriptions about food preparation for mediumistic development in the Ganza Culture. The approaches were made based on the subjects from this culture, which was formed approximately four thousand years ago and that continues to live in its way of being, believing and living. Ganza its leader, for the first time authorized the writings of this culture of oral tradition. Therefore, we are bringing some knowledge within the proposed theme so that we can have a notion about food preparation and its importance for the development of mediumistic practices of incorporation, transport and clairvoyance. We developed the research through interviews, participant research and images collected at Terreiro Senzala in Maringá Paraná. We presented to this work Amadou Hampâté Bâ and Joseph Ki-Zerbo, among other authors of great importance, such as Mircea Elide, Marcel Mauss and Luís da Câmara Cascudo, to approach this thematic, of anthropological aspects and African roots, in an interdisciplinary way. The prepared foods followed the objectives and the need for mediumistic development in the diginas of the deities that participated in the preparations. Also serving for spiritual and physical health. The choice of food and how to prepare it in a mediumistic way, follows principles of culture since its formation at the tomb site, even with adaptations and some recent changes inside the culture. The importance of the deities during the preparations brings a return to ancestry and respect for nature, interconnecting the material and spiritual planes. Preparing the food by working with the mediumship contributes to the medium to get prepared to live the culture for himself and get addapted to the social environment.
