Abstract in English
The present master's research aims to analyze the inequality in the social production of the city of São Paulo, having as a oriented approach the themes of race and income, anchoring the gaze in the processes of socio-spatial formation of Avenida Almirante Delamare and adjacent areas, numbers 640 to 100, located in Heliópolis - the largest favela in São Paulo and Oscar Freire Street, in its commercial section, nº. 1262 to 29, located in Jardins - a high-income area in São Paulo. That said, it is understood that the compliments of this unequal production of urban space give its residents, workers and passers-by, different opportunities and rights, which were above all educational, training, health, income, security, possibilities and access. housing, and finally, quality of life. We also reflect on the future of racial equity controls in the promotion of fundamental rights, analyzing the concrete experiences identified in the territories in question. Thus, in order to blacken and racialize studies on the right to the city, given the lack of production with such an approach, we propose to analyze the phenomenon, seeking to contribute with paths that mobilize and shift the construction of an Afro-indigenous becoming to the centrality.
