Abstract in English
The present work proposes that school radio, in its different formats, will be experienced as a resource that allows the school community to develop pedagogical practices looking at social demands. This research presents experiences with school radio in a public high school technical school, with high school students and technical education integrated to high school, in order to contribute to the reflection on the importance of listening to students' speeches, as well as the formation of critical thinking, participation, the production of oral and written genres and the conscious use of technologies. In view of teacher training, it gathers authors who reported facts, showed data and taught methods of developing a school radio and the new possibilities of performances with web radio and podcasting. The bibliographic references that support the choice of this methodology are added to identify and mediate conflicts, foster debate and dialogical constructions, guarantee the right to express oneself and stimulate creativity. The observance of the participation of the students allowed the perception of intra- and interpersonal conflicts, showed the need to contribute to the formation of critical, creative, ethical and respectful individuals, and revealed that school radio allows inter and transdisciplinarity, the development of autonomy, responsibility and cooperation, in addition to training communication.
