Esta dissertação tem como objetivo realizar um estudo comparado entre o livro Capão Pecado, de Ferréz e o filme Febre do rato, de Cláudio Assis. A proposta deste trabalho é comparar as obras, tendo como base a problematização do movimento Literatura Marginal/Periférica, integrado pelo autor do livro e, assim, questionar a noção de marginalidade. A partir da análise do romance, problematiza-se o lugar ocupado pelo narrador, com seu viés didático, inserindo-o num lugar não de marginalidade, mas de intermediação, fronteiriço. Por esse viés, observo na construção do filme, algo similar, que nomeei "entre-lugar", tomando emprestada a expressão de Silviano Santiago. Com isso, espero lançar um novo olhar para a questão e contribuir para os estudos das obras da literatura marginal/periférica e do cinema feito em Pernambuco, no começo da década.

This study aims to conduct a comparative study between the novel Capão Pecado, by Ferréz and the film Febre do rato, by Cláudio Assis. The dissertation's proposal is to compare the works, based on the problematization of the Marginal/Peripheral Literature movement, integrated by the author of the book and, thus, to question the notion of marginality. From the analysis of the novel, the place occupied by the narrator is problematized, with its didactic bias, inserting it in a place not of marginality, but of intermediation, a borderline one. For this bias, I observe something similar in the construction of the film, which I named in-between, borrowing Silviano Santiago's expression. With that, I hope to take a new look at the issue at the issue and contribute to the studies of the words of marginal/peripheral literature and cinema made in Pernambuco, at the beginning of the decade.
