Abstract in English
The present work, under consideration of views of childhood arising from the social sciences and comparative studies of the Portuguese language, associated with the procedure of listening to children's voices and analytical readings of illustrated books, proposes reflections on contemporary children's literature. The comparative path is guided by studies by Brazilian researchers Tania Carvalhal and Sandra Nitrini and, in the field of social sciences, we rely on the research of Daniel Goldin, David Buckingham and Manuel Sarmento, who bring important contributions. The analyzed works are due to two moments of this research - a trip to Portugal, with a view to consulting a collection relevant to the purposes of this investigation, and the book Inês (2015), by Roger Mello and Mariana Massarani, selected as the main corpus, due to of its paradoxical simple and complex density, and its favoring access to childhood. In this way, it is attested how the reading of books, whose languages are found in hybrid and fruitful dialogues, can reflect visions that consider the full interpretive and recreative capacity of readers. Thus, an unprecedented critical fortune is composed about a part of contemporary children's literature, contextualized in order to demonstrate a network of formative agents, arising from different areas of knowledge, transformed into plurisignificant artifacts in dialogue with children's cultures.
