Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo aprofundar a reflexão a respeito dos princípios fundamentais da crítica literária da Escola de Genebra, de modo a explicitar a estrutura formal que fundamenta o modelo de conhecimento concebido pelos autores do grupo. Nosso intuito é verificar os principais elementos que possibilitam o desenvolvimento de um saber comprometido com a forma literária, bem como os caminhos estabelecidos pelo grupo para superar as limitações impostas pela racionalidade cientifica e a ideologia progressista que desde o século XVIII estabele os critérios considerados necessários para a produção do conhecimento. Além disso, almejamos evidenciar o modo como o caráter existencial da reflexão literária acaba por criar um espaço de atuação no qual o sujeito possui liberdade suficiente para reconhecer as relações estabelecidas entre ele e a realidade, através da obra de arte, como uma experiência suficiente para o alcance da verdade e para a construção do saber.

This research aimed to deepen the reflection on the fundamental principles of literary criticismo at the School of Geneva, in order to clarify the formal structure that underlies the knowledg model conceived by the group´s authors. Our ai mis to verify the main elements that enable the development of Knowledge committed to the literary forma, as well the stablished by the group to obercome the limitation imposed by scientific rationality and progressive ideology that since 18 th. Century has stablished the criteria considered necessary for the production of knowledge. In addition, we aim show the existential character of literary reflection ends us creating a space for action in which the person has suficiente freedom to recognize the relationships established between him and reality, through the work of art, as suffient experience for the reach of the trth and the construction of Knowledge.
