Abstract in English
Since 2013, in Argentina, the so-called "Patios Militantes" began to take place, moments in which the president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner received young people from organizations of her support base in the courtyards of the Casa Rosada, delivering speeches that followed her national chains. These "Patios Militantes" became recurrent, being moments of direct interlocution with young political militancy throughout her second term. Over time, they became a privileged space for the construction of an identification collective: the militant political youth. This interlocution between CFK and young people will be used as a way of interpellation of the youth in order to build a space for legitimizing her governments. Our paper is under the perspective of the semantics of the enunciation in dialogue with the analysis of discourse of the materialist line and focuses on speeches given during the Patios Militantes. We will observe three discursive operations in particular: the use of the testimonial genre, the delimitation of a negative Other, and the construction of a "genealogy of militant youth", in which the youth of the 1970s generation (of which the ex-president is a part of) the militant youth of today, and a projection of youth of the future are connected, in a representation of temporality that fuses the accumulation of youth from the past, the present and the future projection.
