Esta tese se dedica a analisar as similitudes encontradas em diversas passagens da obra Los sueños de Francisco de Quevedo com as formas que integram os autos sacramentais, cujos discursos incorporam elementos típicos dos sermões. Para tanto, a pesquisa teve como ponto de partida as encenações religiosas da Idade Média, como as peças de milagres e de moralidades até se chegar ao século XVII, momento em que o gênero alcança todo seu esplendor. Como o tema dos autos se funda no sacramento da Eucaristia, procurou-se estabelecer homologias entre temas, personagens e elementos não discursivos que participam das narrativas quevedianas com as estruturas dramáticas empregadas nessas peças, pois todos se colocam a serviço de procedimentos alegóricos, responsáveis pela exposição de um ou mais aspectos relacionados à missão salvífica de Cristo.

This thesis is dedicated to analyzing the similarities found in several passages of the work Los sueños by Francisco de Quevedo, with forms that integrate the sacramental drama, whose discourses incorporate elements typical of the sermons. The research starts from the religious performances of the Middle Ages, including pieces of miracles and moralities, until reaching the seventeenth century, moment when the genre reached all its splendor. As the theme of the drama is based on the sacrament of the Eucharist, we seek to establish homologies between themes, characters and non-discursive elements that participate in the Quevedian narratives, with dramatic structures used in these plays. As a result, everyone puts themselves at the service of the allegorical procedures, which is responsible for exposing one or more aspects related to Christ's saving mission.
