A presente dissertação tem como objetivo analisar os diálogos de Luciano de Samósata Comércio de Vidas, O Pescador e Duas Vezes Acusado, cuja principal característica é a crítica filosófica. Parte-se do pressuposto de que se relacionam entre si, constituindo uma unidade programática e metapoética. O veio satírico particular de Luciano é determinado pelo contexto retórico da Segunda Sofística, razão pela qual o primeiro capítulo é dedicado a apresentar para o leitor atual alguns tópicos usados como recursos literários pelo autor em outras obras. Para tanto, no primeiro capítulo, busca-se compreender a relação da produção literária do satirista com a filosofia de modo geral, a filosofia cínica em específico, e com o gênero mimo, tendo-se em mente que se trata de um sofista, o que implica considerar a audiência enquanto um importante vetor da produção luciânica. Nos três demais capítulos, cada um dos quais dedicado a pormenorizar a trilogia à luz das conceituações filosóficas e genéricas expostas, reconhecem-se os lugares-comuns e as estereotipagens filosóficas direcionadas a uma audiência que ressurge nos diálogos seguintes. Reconhece-se, outrossim, uma reflexão crítica e técnica contida na constituição metapoética, envolvendo uma mistura de variados gêneros literários, da qual resulta o diálogo cômico.

This dissertation aims to analyze Lucian of Samosata's Philosophies for Sale, The Fisherman and The Double Indictment, whose main characteristic is a philosophical criticism. It assumes that it is related to each other, constituting a programmatic and metapoetic unit. Lucian's particular satirical vein is determined by the Second Sophistic's rhetorical context, which is why the first chapter is dedicated to present the contemporary reader some topics used as literary resources by the author in other works. Therefore, in the first chapter, this study pursues the comprehension about the relationship between the satirist's literary production and Philosophy in general, especially the Cynical Philosophy, and with the mime genre, keeping in mind that we are dealing with a sophist, which implies considering the audience as an important vector of Lucian's production. In the remaining three chapters, each of which is dedicated to particularizing the trilogy in the light of philosophical and genre-specific concepts, common places are recognized as well as the philosophical stereotyping aimed at an audience that returns in the subsequent dialogues. It is also recognized that there is a critical and technical reflection contained in the metapoetic composition, involving a mixture of various literary genres, whose result is the comic dialogue.
