Este trabalho analisa, pelo viés da Linguística Funcional, o funcionamento da gramática do Português em produções de textos de falantes de outras línguas que se candidataram ao Exame Celpe-Bras. O construto desse exame e seu percurso histórico é apresentado logo no início, para colaborar com a contextualização que se consolida com exemplos de tarefas e de textos produzidos nas diferentes edições. A descrição do que se analisa é feita a partir dos produtos de três edições do Exame, e com base nos parâmetros definidos por Hopper e Thompson (1980), no que se define como graus de transitividade e planos discursivos. Para verificar se há relação entre esses graus e os diferentes níveis de proficiência avaliados por meio do Exame, utilizamos como referência os conceitos dos campos discursivos "figura" e "fundo", o que também nos possibilita verificar se as diferenças entre os gêneros textuais que resultam dessa produção impactam nos níveis de proficiência medidos pelo Exame. Para analisar como se comporta o plano "fundo" na amostra de textos que compõem o corpus e mapear, nas diferentes produções do mesmo examinando, o grau de influência/produtividade de um determinado input (gênero textual) na construção de sentidos, analisamos o funcionamento dos planos discursivos na construção do discurso que deve cumprir determinados propósitos comunicativos, expressos em diferentes textos. Essa metodologia trouxe como resultado a apresentação de uma proposta de atualização dos parâmetros de avaliação dos textos. Esse recurso pode colaborar também para o aprimoramento da produção dos candidatos ao Exame, assim como para que suas produções sejam avaliadas de forma mais eficiente em relação aos potenciais criativos que conduzem a outras possibilidades de resposta, muitas vezes não consideradas pelos parâmetros atuais.

This work analyzes, from the point of view of Functional Linguistics, the functioning of Portuguese grammar in text productions by speakers of other languages who applied for the Celpe-Bras Exam. The construct of this exam and his historical path are presented right at the beginning, to collaborate with the contextualization that is consolidated with examples of tasks and texts produced in the different editions. The description of what is analyzed is made from the products of three editions of the Exam, and based on the parameters defined by Hopper and Thompson (1980), in what is defined as degrees of transitivity and discursive planes. To verify whether there is a relationship between these degrees and the different levels of proficiency assessed through the Exam, we used as a reference the concepts of the discursive fields "figure" and "background", which also allows us to verify whether the differences between the textual genres that results from this production impact the levels of proficiency measured by the Exam. In order to analyze how the "background" plane behaves in the sample of texts that make up the corpus and to map, in the different productions of the same examinee, the degree of influence/productivity of a certain input (textual genre) in the construction of meanings, we analyzed the functioning of discursive plans in the construction of discourse that must fulfill certain communicative purposes, expressed in different texts. This methodology resulted in the presentation of a proposal to update the text evaluation parameters. This resource can also contribute to the improvement of the production of candidates for the Exam, as well as for their productions to be evaluated more efficiently in relation to the creative potentials that lead to other possibilities of response, often not considered by the current parameters.
