Essa dissertação tem como propósito demonstrar evidências em dados linguísticos que atestem a constituição heterogênea de fenômenos linguísticos emergentes, expressos em instâncias comunicativas em um determinado tempo e espaço, em especial, no território hoje reconhecido como Angola. Angola representa um contexto em que o multilinguismo faz parte do cotidiano e assumimos que esta é a condição vital sob a qual as línguas humanas evoluem (Aboh 2015, 2020; Mufwene 2014; Evans 2018). Em virtude desses fatos, reconhecemos que a emergência dos fenômenos linguísticos atestados somente foi possível devido às circunstâncias sociais, históricas, econômicas, políticas e culturais em que os falantes se encontram, que constituem ecologias próprias, fundamentalmente capazes de propiciar os tipos de interações em que os indivíduos se engajam e que fomentam, assim, a diversidade linguística. Um corpus foi elaborado a partir de excertos de fala espontânea então gravados em vídeos er etirados do Youtube de canais da TV aberta de Angola, com o intuito de ilustrar a emergência de tais fenômenos. Eles refletem, em última instância, o hibridismo resultante dos processos de competição e seleção de traços, que se dão a partir de um banco de traços linguísticos, ou ainda, feature pool (Mufwene 2001), formado durante as interações entre os indivíduos e constituído pelas línguas em contato faladas em Angola, a saber: variedades do português falado e línguas africanas locais de origem bantu.

This dissertation aims to demonstrate evidence in linguistic data that attest the heterogeneousconstitution of emerging linguistic phenomena, expressed in communicative instances at a given timeand space, especially in the territory recognized today as Angola. Angola represents a context in whichmultilingualism is part of everyday life and we assume that this is the vital condition under whichhuman languages evolve (Aboh 2015, 2020; Mufwene 2014; Evans 2018). Due to these facts, werecognize that the emergence of the attested linguistic phenomenum were only possible due to thesocial, historical, economic, political and cultural circumstances in which the speakers find themselves,which constitute fundamental ecologies of their own, capable of providing the types of interactions inwhich individuals engage and thus foster linguistic diversity. A corpus was elaborated from excerpts ofspontaneous speech then recorded in videos and taken from the Youtube of open TV channels inAngola, in order to illustrate the emergence of such phenomena. Ultimately, they reflect the hybridityresulting from the processes of competition and selection, which take place from a pool of linguisticfeatures, or feature pool (Mufwene 2001), formed during interactions between individuals andconstituted by the languages in contact spoken in Angola, namely: varieties of spoken Portuguese andlocal African languages of Bantu origin.
