O trabalho busca lançar luz sobre a constituição do ator Operação Lava Jato (OLJ), investigando em que medida se pode pensar em um ator que se descola de sua instituição de origem, o Ministério Público Federal (MPF), e altera a prática jurídica de "denunciar". Para tal, partimos dos sentidos postos na primeira denúncia da operação contra o ex-presidente Lula e de dados quantitativos colhidos das 58 denúncias dessa operação, do núcleo de Curitiba, efetuadas entre os anos de 2014 e 2016. Inicialmente, depreendemos a constituição do ator da enunciação na peça. Apesar de formalmente se indicar o MPF como aquele quem denuncia, evidenciamos que uma outra voz emerge do texto, caracterizada por um discurso hiperbólico e antipolítica. Os elementos colhidos na análise semiótica apontam que a autoria da peça seria, na verdade, da OLJ, que surge no texto como um ator da prática de "denunciar", fora dos preceitos estabilizados no campo jurídico. A mobilização efetuada para isso se mostrou fora do comum quando comparada com os dados de outras denúncias da mesma operação. Para analisarmos então o ator da prática "denunciar" inscrito na denúncia, utilizamos a noção de gênero da semiótica das práticas. Assim, considerando a denúncia como produto do ator práxico, analisamos nela as características de produção desse documento para, em uma perspectiva pancrônica, compreender como elas se encaixam no gênero denúncia e como podemos pensar, a partir dessa noção, a prática jurídica da operação. A partir dos elementos encontrados, descrevemos uma mudança na cena prática jurídica processual criminal, que se desloca dos tribunais para os jornais, operada por um ator fora da composição do Estado brasileiro: a Operação Lava Jato.

This work aims at enlightening the constitution of the actor Operation Car Wash (OLJ), investigating to what extent it is possible to think of an actor which detaches itself from its original institution, the Federal Prosecutor Service (MPF), and alters the legal practice of "reporting". For such, we start from the meanings expressed in the first criminal complaint of the operation against former president Lula and from quantitative data collected from the 58 criminal complaints of this operation, from the core of Curitiba, carried out between 2014 and 2016. Initially, we infer the constitution of the actor of the enunciation in the complaint. Despite formally indicating the MPF as the one who reports, we show that another voice emerges from the text, characterized by a hyperbolic and anti-political discourse. The elements collected in the semiotic analysis point out that the author of the criminal complaint would, in fact, be OLJ, which appears in the text as an actor in the practice of "reporting", outside the established precepts in the legal field. The mobilization carried out for this proved to be unusual when compared to the data from other complaints of the same operation. In order to analyze the actor of the practice "reporting" inscribed in the complaint, we use the notion of genre from the semiotics of practices. Thus, considering the complaint as a product of the praxis actor, we analyze in it the production characteristics of this document to, in a panchronic perspective, understand how they fit into the criminal complaint genre and how we can think, from this notion, the legal practice of the operation. Based on the findings, we describe a change in the criminal procedural legal practice scene, which relocates from the courts to the newspapers, operated by an actor outside the composition of the Brazilian state: Operation Car Wash.
