O trabalho discute os procedimentos arquivísticos desenvolvidos para o arranjo e a descrição do Fundo Clamor, pertencente ao acervo do Centro de Documentação e Informação Cientifica CEDIC, da PUC/SP, levando-se em conta algumas características que lhe são bastante especificas: sendo arquivo de uma entidade "de ação", cujo objetivo inicial era de proporcionar proteção e assistência a refugiados políticos, poucos foram os documentos produzidos pelo Comitê voltados para a divulgação do seu trabalho e objetivos, dificultando, assim, o levantamento de suas atividades, estrutura e funções; pela natureza profissional de seus membros - em geral, advogados e religiosos -, muitos documentos pertencentes ao arquivo do Clamor passarama integrar os arquivos pessoais de seus componentes. Com a extinção oficial do Comitê no início dos anos 90, esse problema foi agravado com a dispersão de seu arquivo em duas instituições distintas. This work intends to discuss the archivistic methodology to the arrangement and description of Clamor Found, which belongs to Documentation and Scientific Information Center (CEDIC) of Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). Clamor Found has some interesting specific characteristics: being an organization to the action, to assist and protect political refugees, the Comitee produced few documents about itself, through which we could know its structure and functions; besides, many documents were in the personal archives of Comitee members. After Clamor's end, in the beining of the 90's, the archive's division became worst, because parts of it were located in different institutions. Fortunately, in 1999, the Clamor Found archive was finally joined and now is entirely organized and described
