Ao longo da história do Brasil os povos originários foram invisibilizados. Esta caracterização possibilitou ao Estado intervir nos territórios reconhecidos ou não. Desta maneira, a Usina Hidrelétrica de Belo Monte se estabeleceu no rio Xingu, seccionando a volta grande do Xingu, lar dos Yudjás. A seca proposital na volta grande do rio Xingu teve várias consequências, dentre elas o estranhamento do rio, pela reconfiguração da vida que foi obrigado a ter. É fato que os estudos realizados não foram suficientes para dimensionar a manutenção da vida e que os principais afetados se quer foram consultados para efetivação do empreendimento. A cada fase do empreendimento vários conflitos e injustiças ambientais são relatados. O território e a territorialidade dos Yudjás foram metamorfoseados, trocados por geração de energia. O que corroborou para que o hidrograma do consenso não fosse consenso. Desta maneira, a Terra Indígena Paquiçamba e seu povo Yudjá é o objeto de estudo desta tese, tendo como objetivos identificar os conflitos territoriais na Terra Indígena, considerando sua relação territorial e ancestral e analisando a forma que o Estudo de Impacto Ambiental trata os povos originários, em especial os Yudjás, e como são dirimidos os conflitos e injustiças ambientais ocasionados. Como hipótese consideramos que mesmo com o protagonismo dos povos originários durante o processo de licenciamento da UHE e seu funcionamento os discursos e ações valorativos entre o uso do território para geração de energia e a restrição no uso e acesso a água resulta em conflitos e injustiças ambientais. Como procedimentos metodológicos foram utilizados pesquisa documental e revisão bibliográfica. Como métodos científicos utilizamos o método de procedimentos, utilizando o método estatístico, o histórico e o comparativo, utilizando os diálogos, as narrativas sociais e as teorias sobre território, territorialidade, injustiças ambientais e conflitos territoriais. As primeiras conclusões sobre a caraterização e sujeitos do conflito são evidenciados, mas, ainda em processo, ou seja, os Yudjás continuam a lutar por seu território contra a sede por geração de energia. Throughout the history of Brazil the original peoples were made invisible. This characterization enabled the State to intervene in recognized or not recognized territories. In this way, the Belo Monte Hydroelectric Power Plant was established on the Xingu River, dividing the great turn of the Xingu, home of the Yudjás. The deliberate drought in the great turn of the Xingu River had several consequences, including the estrangement of the river, due to the reconfiguration of the life that was forced to have. It is a fact that the studies carried out were not enough to measure the maintenance of life and the main affected were neither consulted for the realization of the project. At each stage of the project, several conflicts and environmental injustices are reported. The territory and territoriality of the Yudjás were metamorphosed, exchanged for energy generation. Which corroborates for the consensus hydrograph not to be a consensus. In this way, the Paquicamba Indigenous Land and its Yudjá people are the object of study of this thesis, aiming to identify the territorial conflicts in the Indigenous Land, considering its territorial and ancestral relationship and analyzing the way that the Environmental Impact Study treats native peoples, especially the Yudjás, and how conflicts and environmental injustices caused are resolved. As a hypothesis, we consider that even with the protagonism of the original peoples during the licensing process of the HPP and its functioning, the value speeches and actions between the use of the territory for energy generation and the restriction in the use and access to water result in conflicts and environmental injustices .As methodological procedures, documental research and literature review were used. As scientific methods we use the method of procedures, using statistical, historical and comparative methods, using dialogues, social narratives and theories about territory, territoriality, environmental injustices and territorial conflicts. The first conclusions about the characterization and subjects of the conflict are evidenced, but still in process, that is, the Yudjás continue to fight for their territory against the thirst for power generation.
