Este trabalho é constituído por quatro capítulos. O primeiro capítulo aborda a atual exploração dos estabelecimentos agropecuários brasileiros, mostrando que a área é explorada em quase a sua totalidade por poucas culturas e o destino da produção preponderantemente é entregue a intermediário. O segundo capítulo percorre a história do Brasil mostrando que o atual padrão de exploração agrícola decorre de um processo histórico de ocupação das terras brasileiras que remontam os tempos coloniais e desde essa época os interesses que nortearam os acontecimentos ao longo de nossa história estão presentes e vigentes ainda em nossos dias, mesmo tendo alterado de certa forma os atores sociais, políticos e económicos. O terceiro capítulo integra a agricultura em um ambiente mais amplo, o do complexo rural mundial, discute sua dinâmica e tendência e em particular, momento histórico da era da informação, e também como surgem perspectivas de mudança na forma de inserção da agricultura camponesa contexto político e económico. Para tanto, desenvolve um conhecimento específico para subsidiar esse processo de inclusão. O quarto capítulo mostra os resultados obtidos com a aplicação desse conhecimento em duas cooperativas de reforma agrária e considera que essa abordagem permite estabelecer um amplo processo de inclusão social apropriado à maioria da sociedade brasileira.

Four chapters form the study. The first chapter is on the exploitation pattern of the agriculture in Brazil. It demonstrates that most of the cultivated area is formed by few cultures and middleman makes the commercialization. The second chapter is about the occupation of the Brazilian territory. It demonstrates that the current form of cultivation is due to this history. Also it shows that the interests that orientated the historical events are present today, just altering the social, political and economical actors. The third chapter shows the agriculture in the context of the world rural complex. It discusses its dynamics and tendency, in the era of the information. It is spoken about the new change perspectives in the form of insert of the small farmehs agricultural product. It develops a strategic knowledge for a new inclusion of these Products. The fourth chapter shows the results obtained in two land reform cooperatives that applied this knowledge. It concludes that this new method allows the social inclusion of many Brazilians in an appropriate way to most of the Brazilian society.
