Esta tese é um exercício de reflexão sobre a relação entre política e estética entre os Kaingang. Percorre categorias como festa, ritual, movimento, retomada e luta a partir da etnografia de ações políticas e de formas expressivas engendradas pelo coletivo Nẽn Ga, cujos integrantes residem na Terra Indígena Apucaraninha, localizada no noroeste do estado do Paraná. Após apresentar uma abordagem panorâmica sobre formas verbais e musicais entre coletivos kaingang de diferentes regiões, as descrições centram-se em festas e em eventos de mobilização política dos quais participam este coletivo. Trata-se de eventos de distintas amplitudes: festas e eventos na aldeia local, encontros regionais realizados em outras Terras Indígenas kaingang e encontros anuais de amplitude nacional - aqui tratados como levantes indígenas. Os caminhos percorridos pelo coletivo Nẽn Ga nesta etnografia passam, portanto, pela retomada da festa e pela retomada da guerra: movimentos para os quais são imprescindíveis a replicação e a repetição de seus tỹnh [canto-dança-ritualmovimento].

This thesis is an exercice of reflection on the relationship between politics and aesthetics among the Kaingang. It covers categories such as feast, ritual, movement, retomada [reclaim] and luta [struggle] based on the etnography os political actions and expressive forms engendered by the Nẽn Ga collective, whose members reside in the Apucaraninha Indigenous Land, located in the northwest of the state of Paraná. After presenting a panoramic approach on verbal and musical forms among kaingang collectives from different regions, the descriptions focus on feasts and political mobilization events in which this collective participates. These are events of different scopes: feasts and events in the local village, regional meetings held in other Kaingang Indigenous Lands and annual meetings of national scope - here treated as indigenous uprisings. The paths taken by the Nẽn Ga collective in this etnography, therefore, involve the reclaim of the feast and the reclaim of the war: movements for which the replication and repetition of their tỹnh [sing-dance-ritual-movement] are essential.
