Esta tese apresenta a estética da antecipação transgressiva no pensamento de Ernst Bloch a partir do conceito de pré-aparência (Vor-Schein). Para tanto, investiga-se o conceito de transgressão e os elementos estéticos presentes nos livros Espírito da utopia e O princípio esperança. A hipótese interpretativa desta tese é a afirmação de Bloch Denken heißt Überschreiten (pensar é transgredir). Buscou-se demonstrar como a antropologia S ainda não é P, a ontologia do ainda-não-ser e a estética da antecipação sustentam a tese da transgressão no pensamento de nosso filósofo. A primeira transgressão são os sonhos diurnos, a partir dos quais, em diálogo com Freud, Bloch desenvolve um movimento antecipador desde a imaginação objetiva e da consciência antecipadora. Quanto à segunda transgressão, fundamenta-se na ontologia do ainda-não-ser a partir dos quatro estratos da possibilidade: o possível formal (das formal Mögliche); o possível objetivo-factual (das sachlich-objektiv Mögliche); o possível conforme a estrutura do objeto real (das sachhaft-objektgemäß Mögliche) e o possível objetivo-real (das objektiv-real Mögliche). Para melhor fundamentar a hipótese da estética transgressiva, investigou-se no Espírito da utopia o conceito de transgressão junto à música, ao gótico e à figura paradigmática de Dom Quixote. A terceira transgressão é o que caracterizamos de pré-aparência artística como antecipação transgressiva. Neste momento, tem-se a exposição da tese central desta pesquisa, a saber: que a estética em Bloch é uma estética materialista e se assenta no conceito de pré-aparência e transgressão. Esta estética é consequência imanente da antropologia e ontologia transgressivas deduzidas de seu pensamento. Por fim, apresentou-se a interpretação da estética da antecipação transgressiva partindo da análise de Bloch sobre a obra Fausto de Goethe e de nossa aproximação de seus conceitos à obra Vidas Secas de Graciliano Ramos.

This thesis presents the aesthetics of transgressive anticipation in Ernst Blochs thought via the concept of pre-appearance (Vor-Schein). To this end, we investigate the concept of transgression and the aesthetic elements to be found in the books The Spirit of Utopia and The Principle of Hope. The interpretative hypothesis of this thesis is Blochs claim Denken heißt Überschreiten (to think is to transgress). We seek to demonstrate how the anthropology S is not-yet P, the ontology of not-yet-being and the aesthetics of anticipation support the thesis of transgression in Blochs thinking. The first transgression are the daydreams whereby, in dialogue with Freud, Bloch develops an anticipatory movement from objective imagination and anticipatory consciousness. As for the second transgression, it is based on the ontology of the not-yet-being from the four strata of possibility: the formal possible (das formal Mögliche); the possible factual-objective (das sachlich-objektiv Mögliche); the possible according to the structure of the real object (das sachhaft-objektgemäß Mögliche) and the possible real-objective (das objektiv-real Mögliche). To better support the hypothesis of transgressive aesthetics, in The Spirit of Utopia we investigate the concept of transgression in its relationship with music, the Gothic and the paradigmatic figure of Don Quixote. The third transgression, in turn, is characterized in terms of artistic pre-appearance as transgressive anticipation. At this moment, the central thesis of this research is presented, namely: Blochs aesthetics is a materialist aesthetics and is based on the concept of pre-appearance and transgression. This aesthetics is an immanent consequence of the transgressive anthropology and transgressive ontology that can be deduced from his thinking. Finally, we present the interpretation of the aesthetic of transgressive anticipation starting from Blochs analysis of Goethe's Faust and correlate its concepts with Graciliano Ramos work, Vidas Secas.
