Based on the thinking of Walter Benjamin, this thesis elaborates elements of an anti-logical epistemology. We do so through the criticism of subjectivity and Logic and a reflection on the theory of language. We start our analysis on the fragment "The Paradox of the Cretan", in which Walter Benjamin reflects on that question, concluding that the solution for the paradox cannot be found in the realm of Logic itself, but in Metaphysics, mainly reflecting on the "I-form" necessary to the paradox. With this, Benjamin presents the need to conceive an anti-logical subjectivity. This notion operates as a guide for this research, providing the elements of analysis and criticism. In this way, reflect about Logic and how it determines the theory of knowledge, specifically from the notion of experience. Then, we present how this epistemological conformation determines life forms, primarily pointing out the logical principles of identity and unity as expressions of a male archetype of thought. Next, we carry out a direct criticism of the notion of subjectivity, pointing out the limitations to which it must be submitted to present itself as Logic and highlighting characteristics that suppress the primacy of the subject relatively to knowledge. Having made these criticisms, we dedicate ourselves to reflecting on the conception of language and, more specifically, on its used forms. Opposing the instrumental language to the Benjaminian conception of Naming Language - together with aspects of his epistemological criticism and his notion of translation -, we present a form of language appropriate to an anti-logical subjectivity. We conclude the thesis with an approximation between instrumental language and law, from which it is possible to think of the critique of violence as an epistemological criticism mediated by language, a criticism presented by a re-reading of the myth of original sin from the image of Eva and of the Feminine as privileged figures of a critical disposition.
