Abstract in English
This research aims to investigate the ethical philosophy in the work of the french philosopher Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995). He did not write any specific book on ethics, but this theme appears sparingly in his various books, especially in his readings on Nietzsche, Espinosa and the Stoics. Deleuze ethics starts from a critique of the moral system of judgment of action to propose an immanent and tragical grounded approach. Ethics is characterized by Deleuze as an ethology, whose interest consists in evaluate the forms of life from an analysis of bodies in their laws of interaction and their affective variation. Thus, such ethics does not present a normative horizon regarding the problem of action, but it fights against forms of servitude and moral submission, and defends the notion of joy as an increase in the capacity to act, instigating the effort in organizing good encounters between the bodies.
