Este trabalho se propôs a estudar com profundidade aquilo que se chamou de o começo do bergsonismo, compreendendo, por tal nomeação, tanto o primeiro esforço filosófico empreendido por Bergson, e exposto especialmente em sua obra Ensaio sobre os dados imediatos da consciência, quanto também, e como constitutivo desse esforço, o significado do fazer filosófico bergsoniano. Ou seja, pretendeu-se investigar o próprio sentido do bergsonismo, em sua inauguração e, então, em sua coerência geral enquanto uma filosofia; isto é, em sua singularidade como intuição filosófica, aliás convergindose àquilo que seria a intuição filosófica profunda da "Filosofia". Nesse sentido, antes de se mergulhar, de fato, no estudo minucioso do Ensaio, assumiu-se imperativo descobrir qual seria o correto significado da atitude filosófica, segundo Bergson, no que, assim, implicou o desenvolvimento do que seria a filosofia e, no mais, o que seria a "intuição filosófica". É desse modo que o movimento realizado se aprofundou, primeiramente, do preciso método filosófico, em seu imprescindível amálgama com a própria meditação, à sua boa colocação enquanto "expressão da duração". Esse primordial mergulho revelou, enfim e desde já, o que - em toda a sua complexidade - se seguiria; não como antecipação, mas como necessário e irredutível devir, de tal modo que se foi levado a, agora efetivamente, (re)começar o estudo adentrando de fato no esforço filosófico específico que configurou o começo do bergsonismo. Assim, o trabalho seguiu o próprio filósofo para, junto a ele, realizar sua filosofia descrita no Ensaio. Entretanto, a partir do que se descobriu sobre o método intuitivo (aquele genuinamente preciso à filosofia), viu-se a complexidade e a amplitude de proceder tal tarefa abrangendo aquilo que se detalhou como um movimento "a um só tempo positivo e crítico", significando a exigência do estudo puro positivo do real profundo e o estudo crítico-negativo do pensamento intelectual e pragmático, do senso comum, das ciências e da tradição filosófica - o que fez do estudo do Ensaio um mergulho imediato nos sentidos depurados da realidade como também um estudo prolongado dos saberes e das experiências que, em seu sentido superficial, não deixam de constituir a existência em sua pluralidade complexa e profunda. De modo explícito, isso quer dizer que o trabalho que se seguiu contou com os comentários atentos à letra do texto e ao que o institui também, enveredando para, particularmente, experiências empíricas ligadas às esferas afetivas e estéticas, experiências científicas voltadas à psicologia e, ainda mais especificamente, à psicofísica, e experiências filosóficas das mais relevantes à época, com o destaque à filosofia de Kant, mas, também, à de Aristóteles, dentre outros. Enfim, foi assim que o trabalho se desenvolveu, abarcando níveis distintos para, afinal, desvelar os distintos níveis do real, revelando, finalmente, o próprio real, naquilo que profundamente ele significa nas e pelas existências da duração, do espaço e da relação entre ambos, ensejando diferentes ritmos de uma mesma realidade profunda; abrindo o sentido da diferenciação e da imanência, das diversas experiências e da convergência de todas, da significação profunda da "expressão" e da vivência, ou não, da liberdade.

The objective of this work was to study what was called the beginning of Bergsonism, comprising, by such definition, both the first philosophical effort undertaken by Bergson, and notably presented in his work Time and Free Will, as well as, and as a constituent part of this effort, the meaning of the Bergsonian philosophical activity. In other words, the intention of the study was to investigate the very meaning of Bergsonism; its introduction and then its general coherence as a philosophy; that is, its uniqueness as a philosophical intuition, converging to what would be the deep philosophical intuition of "Philosophy". In this sense, before delving into the in-depth study of TFW, it was imperative to discover the correct meaning of the philosophical attitude, according to Bergson, what, thus, led to the development of what would be philosophy and, moreover, what would be the "philosophical intuition". That's how the move made went further, from the precise philosophical method, in its essential amalgamation with meditation itself, to its right placement as an "expression of duration". This primordial dive revealed, at last and from then on, what - in all its complexity - would follow; not as an anticipation, but as a necessary and irreducible becoming, in such a way that one was led, now effectively, to (re)start the study, actually entering into the specific philosophical effort that configured the beginnings of Bergsonism. Thus, the work followed the philosopher himself to, alongside him, carry out the philosophy described in TFW. However, based on what was discovered about the intuitive method (the one that is genuinely accurate to philosophy), the complexity and breadth of carrying out such a task was perceived, encompassing what was detailed as a movement "at once positive and critical", meaning the demand for the pure positive study of the profound reality and the critical-negative study of intellectual and pragmatic thought, common sense, science and philosophical tradition - which made the study of TFW an immediate plunge into the pure senses of reality as well as a prolonged study of knowledge and experiences that, in their superficial sense, still constitute existence in its complex and deep plurality. Therefore, this means that the work that followed included attentive comments attentive on the text wording as well as content, turning to, particularly, empirical experiences linked to the affective and aesthetic domains, scientific experiments focused on psychology and, even more specifically, to psychophysics, and philosophical experiences most relevant at the time, as the philosophy of Kant, but also that of Aristotle, among others. In short, this is how the work was developed, encompassing different levels to, eventually, unveil the different levels of the real, finally revealing the real itself, in what it deeply means within and through the existences of duration, space and the relationship between both, giving rise to different rhythms of the same profound reality; opening the sense of differentiation and immanence, of the different experiences and the convergence of all, of the profound meaning of "expression" and of the experience, or not, of freedom.
