A experiência no campo da saúde mental revela que a autonomia dos indivíduos implica uma rede de relações entre pessoas. Partindo das experiências da desinstitucionalização e do movimento social da luta antimanicomial, observa-se que, para além disso, um coletivo de pessoas agindo pela ampliação de direitos é necessário para que cada um possa exercer sua autonomia. Dado esse entendimento pela prática, essa pesquisa parte do problema sobre como pensar um conceito de autonomia da multidão que, pela hipótese inicial, se daria em um entrecruzamento entre a ontologia e a política. Assim, a partir do quadro filosófico de Espinosa, em particular em suas proposições éticas e políticas, essa pesquisa investiga e propõe um conceito de autonomia da multidão. Para tanto, primeiro é refletido sobre o que se pode dizer da autonomia individual, definida como acontecimento em que o ser humano, mediante uma norma de verdade - que é princípio de organização imanente de uma história de si -, age com sua verdade interna, sendo quem é e experimentando a ampliação da potência de ser e de existir. Na sequência, após introdução da perspectiva da desinstitucionalização na qualidade de um interlúdio, é investigado o conceito de autonomia da multidão: acontecimento em que, pela ação de corpo político na invenção de novos direitos e na ampliação de sua potência de agir, são transformadas as normas sociais e instituídas inéditas leis da cidade de tal maneira que novos cidadãos, cada qual sendo quem é, possam participar das redes de relações e agir sendo cada qual quem se é. Conclui-se que a autonomia individual guarda relação com a autonomia da multidão e que a autonomia da multidão favorece a autonomia individual.

The experience in the mental health field reveals that the experience of autonomy of individuals implies a collective of people. Taking as start point the deinstitutionalization and the anti-asylum social movement, it is noted that, beyond that, a collective of people acting for rights promotion is also necessary for each one to exercise their own autonomy. Recognizing this through practice, this research starts from the problem of how to think a concept of autonomy of multitude that, by our initial hypothesis, it is realized in an intertwined between ontology and politics. Thus, based on Spinoza's philosophical framework, particularly in his ethical and political propositions, this research investigates and proposes a concept of autonomy of the multitude. To this end, it first reflects on what can be said about individual autonomy, understood as a happening in which the human being, through a norm of truth - which is an immanent organizing principle of a history of himself/herself - acts with his/her own internal truth, being who he/she is and experiencing the power expansion of the being by taking part in the concatenation of things. After the de-institutionalization perspective presentation as an interlude, the concept of the autonomy of the multitude is investigated: a moment in which, through the action of the political body in the invention of new rights and in the amplification of its power to act, social norms are transformed and new laws of the city are instituted in such a way that new citizens, each one being who they are, can participate in the networks of relations and act being each one who they are. In conclusion, the individual autonomy is related to the multitude´s autonomy and the multitude´s autonomy favors the individual autonomy.
