O texto que segue foi produzido tendo por referência uma pesquisa de caráter exploratório acerca da resposta dos trabalhadores do setor de serviços frente às transformações da economia global nas últimas décadas, ou seja, guiado pelo tema geral da relação entre globalização e trabalho. Mais especificamente, nos propormos a analisar um fenômeno do ativismo sindical em evidência nos estudos sobre Trabalho Global: a ação de redes em empresas transnacionais e das chamadas articuladas pelas Federações Sindicais Globais (FSGs) Global Union Federations. Primeiramente, nos debruçamos sobre a discussão teórica acerca do processo de globalização e como as transformações econômicas impactaram na dinâmica das relações trabalho-capital. Em um segundo momento, tais mudanças são observadas com enfoque no chamado setor de serviços, analisando o histórico e características da economia de serviços no Brasil e no mundo. Em seguida, é analisada a evolução do ponto de vista da representação sindical em relação às transformações ocorridas no trabalho de serviços. Em seção subsequente, o chamado Sindicalismo Global será tipificado e descrito, apresentando seu braço de ação no setor de serviços: a FSG UNI Global Union. De modo a investigar a ação sindical em empresas transnacionais do setor, o Sindicalismo Global será analisado em seu contexto, tendo em conta a estratégia de redes sindicais nas duas principais categorias do setor de serviços no país: os bancários (representados pela principal confederação da categoria, a CONTRAF-CUT) e os comerciários e prestadores de serviços (sob representação da CONTRACS-CUT). Nesse sentido, serão designados capítulos específicos para cada subsetor, de modo a apresentar e debater as principais estratégias dos trabalhadores de serviços organizados frente ao avanço da transnacionalização das empresas. Dado esse panorama, o objetivo específico desse texto consiste em analisar e comparar a política de redes sindicais em cada ramo, sua organização, dinâmica e, consequentemente, seus principais objetivos, de modo a construir um quadro que seja comparável às organizações em rede nos demais setores. Por fim, as considerações finais objetivam retomar as ideias apresentadas ao longo do texto, com enfoque nas principais estratégias de ação organizada dos trabalhadores do setor de serviços frente as transformações resultantes do processo de globalização: a negociação sindical a partir dos Sindicatos Globais e das redes sindicais em empresas transnacionais.

The text that follows was produced with reference to an exploratory research about the response of workers in the service sector facing the transformations of the global economy in recent decades, that is, guided by the general theme of the relationship between globalization and work. More specifically, we propose to analyze the phenomenon of union activism in evidence in studies on Global Labour: the action of networks in transnational companies and the so-called Global Union Federations (GUFs). First, we focus on the theoretical discussion about the globalization process and how economic transformations have impacted on the dynamics of labor-capital relations. In a second moment, such changes are observed focusing on the so-called service sector, analyzing the history and characteristics of the service economy both in Brazil and in the world. Then, the evolution from the point of view of union representation in relation to the transformations that occurred in service work is analyzed. In a subsequent section, the so-called Global Unionism will be typified and described, focusing on its action arm in the service sector: the GUF called UNI Global Union. In order to investigate the union action in transnational companies in the sector, Global Unionism will be analyzed in its context, taking into account the strategy of union networks in the two main categories of the service sector in the country: bank workers (represented by the main confederation of the category , CONTRAF-CUT) and traders and service producers (represented by CONTRACS-CUT). In this sense, specific chapters will be designated for each subsector, in order to present and discuss the main strategies of organized service workers in the face of the advance of the transnationalization of companies. Given this panorama, the specific objective of this text is to analyze and compare the policy of union networks in each branch, its organization, dynamics and, consequently, its main objectives, in order to build a framework that is known to network organizations in the other sectors. sectors.
