A presente pesquisa versa acerca das cerâmicas de produção local/regional dos sítios Pinheiros 2, Casa do Bandeirante e Casa Bandeirista do Itaim Bibi. Ao longo do texto, procuramos compreender os padrões técnicos e estilísticos que eram observados na olaria do sítio Pinheiros 2, sendo esta a única olaria de período colonial identificada arqueologicamente na atual malha urbana da cidade de São Paulo. Após estabelecermos estes padrões, procuramos observar se estas mesmas características poderiam ser observadas em contextos domésticos próximos e cronologicamente adequados, sendo assim escolhidas as duas "casas bandeiristas" mencionadas anteriormente. Desta forma, pudemos observar que algumas cerâmicas utilitárias encontradas nestes contextos domésticos podem ser associadas à produção da olaria do sítio Pinheiros 2. Com base nas informações obtidas através da materialidade, pudemos discutir acerca de continuidades e persistências práticas presentes nas cerâmicas, reflexos de confluências culturais de europeus, indígenas e africanos/afrodescendentes na região, além de oferecer um panorama acerca do funcionamento da olaria de Pinheiros 2 e de como se dava o comércio de cerâmicas utilitárias às margens do Rio Pinheiros. Esta dissertação também se propôs a realizar datações por arqueomagnetismo nas Estruturas de Queima da olaria, apresentando novas idades e refinando o período de funcionamento da olaria em questão.

This research is focused on the ceramics of local/regional production of the Pinheiros 2, Casa do Bandeirante, and Casa Bandeirista do Itaim Bibi archaeological sites. The dissertation carries out the understanding of technical and stylistic patterns found in the Pinheiros 2 workshop, this being the only colonial workshop ever archaeologically identified in the current urban region of the city of São Paulo. Furthermore, it established these patterns, leading to the intent to observe if those same characteristics could be seen in close and chronologically adequate domestic contexts. In order to achieve it, the two "bandeiristas houses" mentioned before were chosen. As a result, we were able to perceive that some of the ceramics unearthed in these domestic contexts could be associated with the pottery production in the Pinheiros 2 workshop. With the information gathered from the materiality analyzed, we were able to discuss practical continuities and persistence present in the pottery production, echoes of cultural convergence between Europeans, indigenous peoples, and Africans/afro-descendants in the region, besides offering a panorama concerning the operation of the Pinheiros 2 workshop and how the pottery market worked by the riverbank of the Pinheiros river. This dissertation also implements the challenge of executing archaeomagnetic dating with the firing structures of the workshop, presenting new dates and refining the period of operation of the pottery works previously stated.
