Introdução: A pandemia da Covid-19 provocou mudanças no funcionamento dos serviços e na saúde mental da população, revelando problemas instituídos na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) brasileira, suas novas necessidades, e os impasses para a produção do cuidado nos serviços de base territorial comunitária. Em um cenário pautado pela Pandemia da COVID-19 é importante a reflexão do processo de trabalho para viabilizar um cuidado interprofissional em saúde mental e em rede. A interprofissionalidade diz respeito ao fazer colaborativo entre dois ou mais profissionais de diferentes formações que estimulam discussões e trocas sobre aspectos comuns a mais de uma especialidade. No qual, há a troca de saberes e práticas que possibilitam a ampliação do olhar e da clínica. Pensando nisso, e tendo em vista o recente processo de reforma psiquiátrica no país, a pesquisa analisou a compreensão dos profissionais de saúde referente à noção de trabalho interprofissional para a exercício do cuidado em saúde mental de pessoas vulneradas pelo sofrimento psíquico, os impactos da pandemia no cotidiano do trabalho interprofissional de um serviço de saúde mental e sua articulação com outros serviços da RAPS e os movimentos instituídos e instituintes referentes ao trabalho em saúde mental no contexto de pandemia da COVID-19. Objetivo: Analisar o trabalho Interprofissional em um CAPS no contexto de pandemia: COVID-19. Métodos: Trata-se de pesquisa exploratória, qualitativa e descritiva realizada em um CAPS de uma capital do Brasil. A produção dos dados foi obtida por meio de registro de diário de campo e da aplicação de entrevista semiestruturada sobre o cotidiano do trabalho interprofissional no cuidado saúde mental, no contexto da pandemia, as quais tiveram seus áudios gravados, transcritos, categorizados por temas, e analisados através da metodologia da Análise Institucional (AI), proposta por Lourau. Assim, foi possível explorar os resultados da pesquisa e produzir uma análise. Resultados: Foram identificadas quatro categorias temáticas: Percepção do trabalho Interprofissional por profissionais no cuidado em Saúde Mental; O cotidiano de trabalho no CAPS durante a pandemia; A (des)articulação da RAPS e Repercussões na saúde mental dos profissionais do CAPS como consequência do cenário pandêmico. A exposição dos resultados e a discussão buscaram ecoar as vozes dos trabalhadores do CAPS e identificar os movimentos instituídos e instituintes no trabalho interprofissional para o cuidado em saúde mental no contexto da pandemia de COVID-19. Conclusão: Olhar para a prática do cuidado em saúde mental, pensar em (re)inserção social através da (re)habilitação psicossocial e promover tratamento de base territorial em saúde mental, por meio do trabalho interprofissional, é um desafio frente a falta de investimentos e capacitação adequada dos profissionais, revelados pela pandemia. Os achados sugerem falhas na gestão dos serviços da rede, a fragmentação do trabalho, a desassistência, a desarticulação da RAPS e a cronificação de práticas manicomiais.

Introduction: The pandemic of Covid-19 caused changes in the functioning of services and in the mental health of the population, revealing problems instituted in the Brazilian Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS), its new needs, and the impasses for the production of care in community-based territorial services. In a scenario marked by the Pandemic COVID- 19, it is important to reflect on the work process to enable an interprofessional mental health care and network. Interprofessionalism refers to the collaborative work between two or more professionals from different backgrounds that stimulate discussions and exchanges about aspects common to more than one specialty. In which, there is an exchange of knowledge and practices that allow the expansion of the view and of the clinic. With this in mind, and in view of the recent process of psychiatric reform in the country, the research analyzed the understanding of health professionals regarding the notion of interprofessional work for the exercise of mental health care for people vulnerable to mental suffering, the impacts of the pandemic in the daily life of interprofessional work of a mental health service and its articulation with other services of the RAPS and the movements instituted and instituting concerning the work in mental health in the context of the pandemic of COVID-19. Objective: To analyze the interprofessional work in a CAPS in the context of the pandemic: COVID-19. Methods: This is an exploratory, qualitative and descriptive research conducted in a CAPS of a capital city of Brazil. The production of data was obtained through field diary recording and the application of semi-structured interviews about the daily life of interprofessional work in mental health care, in the context of the pandemic, which had their audios recorded, transcribed, categorized by themes, and analyzed through the methodology of Institutional Analysis (IA), proposed by Lourau. Thus, it was possible to explore the research results and produce an analysis.Results: Four thematic categories were identified: Perception of Interprofessional work by professionals in Mental Health care; The daily work in CAPS during the pandemic; The (dis)articulation of RAPS and Repercussions on the mental health of CAPS professionals as a consequence of the pandemic scenario. The exposure of the results and the discussion sought to echo the voices of CAPS workers and identify the instituted and instituting movements in the interprofessional work for mental health care in the context of the pandemic of COVID-19. Conclusion: To look at the practice of mental health care, think about social (re)insertion through psychosocial (re)habilitation and promote territorial-based treatment in mental health, through interprofessional work, is a challenge facing the lack of investment and adequate training of professionals, revealed by the pandemic. The findings suggest failures in the management of network services, the fragmentation of work, the lack of care, the disarticulation of RAPS and the chronification of asylum practices.
